Record Breaking at Vixen 101

Two presenters, Bill Horncastle and Dave Henderson are going to attempt to break the record for the longest radio show.

Chris Moyles recently completed a 52 hour radio show on Radio 1, in aid of Comic Relief. From 10am, Friday 27th May until Sunday afternoon, Bill and Dave will present a 53 hour show on Vixen 101 in East Yorkshire.

Coventry's Brand New Radio Station

On December the 20th 2010 Coventry's brand new radio station, Radio Plus, burst onto the airwaves on 101.5 FM. The opening song was Awake and Alive by Skillet and featured Coventry born Jen Ledger, drummer and backing vocalist for the band.
